Fix the 10-years old bugs with Transfer Manager

For example, i download something, stop the download, quit Opera and i can't resume it, because the file is gone from Transfer Manager list.

Nobody cares about your 0.25 seconds achievements in browser speed if you can't even use the browser for normal tasks...

Stopping a transfer before its finished is not a normal task. The normal thing to do is to download the whole file at once. If its a very large download, the normal thing to do is to let it run overnight or while taking a break.

Or do a trick described on Tamil's blog: http://my.opera.com/Tamil/blog/how-to-resume-an-accidentally-removed-missing-transfer-in-opera.

Actually it's a pretty normal thing. There's even a button in Opera Transfer Manager for resuming.
But you're probably a rich guy with great net connection and with no need to download films or software.

Actually, the resume button is there for accidentally lost or broken connections. Downloads are not meant to be stopped and started at will. The download servers don't like it and many don't support the resume feature. As for the missing transfers, the stuff Saskatchewan linked to on Tamils blog works well.

And on a personal note, Koldice, that last post felt a little mean.
I for one welcome our browser overlord. All hail Opera

Hmm.. weird. IDM or Flasget has no problem with resuming downloads no matter what server.
