can't load my mail

hello there
whenever I try to load hotmail.com, the browser collapse and I have to go to the standby mode and close it. sometimes I have to restart my n95 8gb...
any help would be great

What do you mean with 'collapse'? is the browser shutting down, is it freezing?
Could you please provide some more details?
