Statusbar as popup overlays plugin controls

Hi There,

i'm using Opera 10.10 on Debian Testing (amd64) and i got some special "problem". Most multimedia files are handed through to the mplayer plugin to view them directly in opera. In the Opera settings i chosen to display the status bar as popup only when needed. This leads to the side effect, that while opera loads the file which is played in mplayer-plugin the status-bar of Opera hides the controls of mplayer.

While loading (mplayer loading-/controlbar hidden bei Opera status bar):

After the file has been loaded:

I thought about some special css-Files for this "plugin"-view but couldn't find anyone by myself. Is there an easy way to add an "margin-bottom:20px" to a single embeded element in this view? Of course i could simply disable "display status bar as popup" but i quite used to it.

So, any ideas?

Thanks in advance,
Sven

Not unless you could get mplayer to do it. While Opera has special CSS that it uses automatically with image files, I'm not aware of any specific to plugins.

I think its possible, you can manipulate embedded objects with css just like images or any other page element.
example yt
embed{padding-left:20px !important; border:5px solid orange !important; margin-right:20px !important; height:200px !important;}
