does opera delete temporary downloads?

hello

does opera delete temporary downloads at any ocassion?

because I have downloaded so many files and I only see a few in that folder

where are all the others???

I believe it does. However, if you change the location of the temporary downloads directory, then it will stop deleting the files.

it didn't do it in previous versions

there should be an option for this, because when we click 'open' for a file, we might want to save it as well and retrieve it later
