IMPORTING BOOKMARKS

I need to get my bookmarks [Favorites] from Firefox and IE and import them into Opera, but I cannot find a reference to what the files are called in either browser.
I would appreciate any help.

Hi Tamil,

i´ve the same problem as above mentioned, but i cant´find an answer in your links. So, what is the answer, or were exactly is the answer hidden in your links.

In Firefox, Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks... > Import and Backup > Export HTML...

In Opera, Press Alt key > Settings > Import and Export > Import Firefox Bookmarks...

ok,,, is there a way to Select All,, or do you have to select one at a time ?
