browsing to https site fails | opera mini

Hello guys,

I'd like to browse to a site over https protocol using opear mini browser.
This site requires authentication, therefore, I must fill in username, password in order to procceed to authenticated pages.
After I fill up all necessary fields and press submit button, the browser redirects me to other page with "object moved" link.
If I press down on this link, the browser redirects me to some url that cannot be found ( the location of this url somehow changes from https to http ).

This process works on opera mobile ( symbian browser ).
I assume that problem is in j2me implementation of opera-mini.

Any help would be appreciated.

10x!

I've same problem. Whenever i open internet banking page(https:\\inet.idbibank.com) from my IDBI bank site (www.idbibank.com), the page doesn't load. Page remains blank only the title bar appears.

Even if i shop online and the website redirect me to bank page, it doesn't load. Page stays blank.

These page have been successfully accessed on other mobile browser like Ucweb. But i just want to use opera. Help guys.

Check 'Corporate' before login link, login link is redir to corporate anyway and that explain the issue.

Opera mini has no end-to-end encryption, whereas opera mobile does. So i'd suggest that mini isn't safe for things such as banking anyways. Not unless you're happy with giving your details to opera each time you log-on. Maybe the banks are (finally) becoming aware of this and are dis-allowing access.

Well i use N73 and because of low RAM i cant run opera mobile, thats why i use mini. I know some people will say switch off mobile, RAM will be recovered but only this time opera mobile will run and after continuous use of opera will lead to crash.
