Loading problem, missinglibrary files
I am running win ME. When starting v 9.1, I get a mail problem notification.Then got v10.5, now I keep getting this error code when trying to load
"Failed to load the unicode compatability Layer OuniAnsi.DLL because One of the library files needed to run this application can not be found.", and it will not load at all.
Maybe This earlier thread will help.
To search for "Windows ME" use quotes around both words in the search box. "ME" alone is too short, though searching for "Windows" will also find the tread.
