Windows XP Pro SP3
Windowblinds 6.4 (Opera also has same problem with Windowblinds 7)
Opera 10.60 alpha 1
I'm having this issue since 10.5x versions. Sorry if it has been reported.
One suggestion, Google Chrome has the entire window skinned with his own theme. So, IMO, it would be cool if Opera skins could skin the entire window.
and keep the good work, Opera team

I've got a similar problem - caption buttons are not really in the upper right corner of the window in maximized state. I'm using this visual style, I used WB for the last time with Opera 9.64, I think. Anyway, the problem is not in the skin, but in Opera, because other windows are okay - I can reach the close button by going with the cursor to the upper right corner of my screen. Sorry, if you consider my post as spam, but I think it's related to the issue you describe.

I don't think you post is a spam, you have posted a similar issue!
And yes, only in Opera 10.60a1 this happen, others apps are fine.
This happen since Opera 10.5x, and as the screen shows, Opera 10.10 was fine too... so a don't think this is a skin issue, it's an Opera issue. (At least in Windows XP SP3, I didn't tested in Vista or 7)

In 10.50 a new way of skinning was introduced just for the sake of Opera looking good on Vista & 7, so GUI designers at Opera may not be aware of how the browser goes on with WB.
