Show panel toggle at age of window by default
It will be conveniently if the option "Show panel toggle at age of window" is by default, instead of choosing it every time after new Opera installation or using F4 key subsequently.Do you want "Show panel toggle at age of window" option by default?

Jup, every time I (fresh) install a a snapshot, I miss it, its very practical, please Opera bring it back into default.
(I only have to click somewhere at the left screen-border when opera is maximized -> very comfortable & fast & cool Opera-UNIQUE feature
