10.53 shutdown in Mac
Been using Opera since '97. Never had a problem. Even with this problem, I still use Opera. It's just better.Ok, upgraded to 10.53. I click Opera icon. OS Message appears-Opera has quit unexpectedly. Do you want to reopen? Click reopen. Os message-Opera has quit while reopening. Do you want to try again? Click Try Again. Opera opens and all is well.
I uninstalled and re-installed as root user. Opera works fine only in root user account. In any user account (standard user or admin user) Opera has to be clicked 3 times to open. I know, it sounds like magic-click your icon 3 times and say, "There's no browser like Opera!"
I looked for any "off" files in my user account but can't find any. Obviously, the problem is with the individual accounts as I never web surf as root.
Anyone experienced this or know how to fix or replicate it?
Thanks,
Joe S
