If you continued from last time on a page that made Opera crash there would be no way out of the loop (unless you could close the tab before it caused Opera to crash), so disabling this dialog completely would not be a good idea.
If you're getting frequent crashes for some reason, you should try to find out why and fix it so that it does not crash.
