¿Is there a way to remove Momentum Scrolling?
Hi,I've been following and using Opera since the beginning. I can't find a way to remove the Momentum scroll which I hate.
Is there a way to remove it?
I've looked in the preferences and can't find it.
Thanks for making great products!

If it's something your computer does on its own, then not really anything for Opera to do about it.
I know there are some Windows laptops which have a "momentum" feature on the trackpad, if you move quickly it will keep moving for a bit. Seems to me like Macs have momentum scrolling ... there might be a Mac-specific setting for that (you'd have to ask in the Opera for Macintosh forum) but it isn't a standard feature in other systems. Check whatever driver your system uses to see if it has a setting for this.
Smooth scrolling that Frenzie mentions isn't momentum scrolling, smooth scrolling means Opera will animate the scrolling instead of just jumping a line at a time. But maybe that's related to what you're seeing, so give it a try.
