10.5x RC YET ?

Has there been a 10.5x RC Yet. I guess I must have missed it. Thanks.

10.54 became <a href="http://my.opera.com/desktopteam/blog/show.dml/11816722/">10.6 Alpha 1</a>

If you're referring to Linux, no, we're not going to have a 10.5x release in Linux now. Likewise 10.54 in other platforms - they've switched everything to 10.6 now. Barring a bugfix prior to when 10.6 is ready, you won't see any new 10.5x versions.
