[3400] Oil spill doesn't appear

The oil spill overlay isn't appearing for me.
Anyone else experiencing this?

Opera 10.60 build 3400 Win7 x86

Confirmed, Opera 10.60 build 3400 and 3402 (XP SP3)
FF has no problem showing it...
