Remove "Margin Top = 1" in skin for [Pagebar Button Skin]

Remove please "Margin Top = 1" in skin for [Pagebar Button Skin] and set default value for "Chrome Integration Drag Area Maximized" to 2. It will looks the same, but we will be able to set that tabs should be completely on top =)

don't really see what this would change. the one "issue" that people keep complaining about (can't select tab on topmost pixel) would not be "fixed" by this if I understand you correctly (note: I don't see this as an issue either, as I use double-click to switch from maximized to windowed mode)

In default it wouldn't, but we would have the possibility to change only one value in opera:config to get the effect =) now, we have to change the value and edit skin to get the effect.

If it will remove the ability to maximize/restore window(or create new tab) with doubleclick then NOOO...
That's not an improvement that is just removing an option that many people use...

It wouldn't - everything will look the same. The point is that we - who wants to have no space above the tabs - would have the possibility to just change one value in opera:config to get this effect.
