java.io.10Exception

I have been trying to install opera mini 5.0 on my windows mobile 2003 version, but it's been defficult.
I always see this error message "could not download resource
java.io.10Exception"

please tell me what to do so that i can get it running on my phone.

u dnt have a proper INTERNET DATA PLAN.kindly contact with ur SERVICE PROVIDER.N ask them if they allow the third party software?
