Ad Blocking Opera Sucks at it

Comparing other browser's and we all know which ones they are. They all have the ability to kick butt on unwelcome ads.
Opera's ability to stop UN-welcome ads is not up to the equivalent of all the other browser. Block Content is not even close to what other browser can do. Fanboyz URLfilter is only so so. It's a shame that Opera Dev's have not gone far enough with ad blocking like FF & Chrome have done...

Sure 10.60A is ultra fast and its nice to get a big whopping 11899 points on peacekeeper up from my 7189 from 10.54.
Speed is not everything in fact speed kills.. well when driving...

I don't know who all goes here tomshardware.com but lately or maybe its always been there but they have a full screen ad that covers the whole screen until you scroll down to see the later 1/2 of the content the upper 1/2 of the content on the screen you can not see due to the ad. block content does not remove this.... fanboyz urlfilter does not block this adding it to my list on block stuff doesnt work.

Clicking on "skip ad and continue to site" does not work with Opera 10.60a only way around it is to open the skip ad link by right click mouse and open in new tab or windows.
Its really a shame that such a great browser is not even close to Firefox's ability to block ads.
The only way around this is to use another browser or pay $$$ for admunch which I'll probably wont do when the trial version runs out.

Any better solutions besides leaving opera for firefox would be nice. I like my plugins working so I wont disable those shouldn't need to if we had a descent solution to ad blocking.

Hopefully this will be resolved in performance on par with Firefox soon before Firefox 4.0 comes out.

Clicking on the "X" in the top right corner of the ad worked properly.
