How do you folks filter Cookies from adbots etc ..??
Are you using some third party products ??Any good open source stuff ??
TIA
You could block the adbots by using the urlfilter.ini or you can just disallow cookies in the general settings and allow them for selected sites by using the site specific settings (no third party).
This way I managed to have just 34 cookies stored, all of sites I visit regularly.

For me - the built-in cookie management is broken since v10.
I have to enable ALL cookies for them to work on a site. Before v10 it was possible to work with the "accept cookies from the site I visit" setting, now it is broken, i.e. equals to "do not accept any cookies".

Workaround: Open the page you want with the general setting "enable cookies", edit the site specific preferences, close the tab, disable the general cookies and open the page again. Here it works.
