i can't install & run widget in opera
after download widget, it isn't installed.just error window is opened, [The location "c:\documents and settings\~~~~~~.wgt" is unavailable or does not point to a valid widget file.]
but after close opera, when i double click downloaded widget file , it is installed.
another problem is, installed widget is not running in opening opera.
only it is running in closed opera.
how can i solve this problem?

I think your problem is also discussed in this thread.
As for the other issue - since 10.5 widgets don't require Opera to be launched, they run as separate processes so they are no longer part of browser (even if they can be managed via Widgets Panel). If you want some more info you can refer to 2beR's statement.
