Opera 10.60 alpha process doesn't end when quit

When I exit out of the browser (only used the X button so far), the process doesn't end. I've given it plenty of time to end, but it doesn't and in the end I have to kill it. It doesn't appear to be doing anything either, as task manager reports 0% cpu usage and the memory usage stays the same too. I'm using Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit, and I'm using version 10.60 build 3400.

I confirm, I have the staring window "Please stand by while Opera is sincronizing" and I have to click on exit button because the sinc does not end on itown

Same thing happens with me once in a while, but this has been happening ever since Opera Synchronize was introduced.
