That looks like a problem with your Windows settings - do you have that grey toolbar on the right set to "Always on top" or "Autohide" in your Windows toolbar settings?

the problem found in win 7 too,and my Settings is default i Need somebody trying same toolbar appearance , and And tell me is it found

If you're looking to get that toolbar on the right on the bottom (?) then all you have to do is click and drag it to the bottom of the screen.
