how do I create a button for a web page?

I'm using the site
http://home.wanadoo.nl/sipke.reina/opera/buttons.html
and would like to know how to create a button that will go to a specific website when clicked on

also there is the site
http://nontroppo.org/tools/buttonmaker/
if that's any better
