opera mini blocked in uae

i am using opera mini since long time in uae.but from last 2 days my browser is not working.and iam sawing error "content blocked by operator".

Is it happening for all sites, or just some?

If you go to "debug:" what does it say for "branding" under "Request headers"?

The same pr0blem with my om5, before its w0rking, now it stop so i deleted it & i install(s60 3rd) again but its n0t getting in. So i switch to om4.2 it w0rks great.but i like om5.
How can i get back to om5? Hope some1 cud help us.

I've gotten that XML-style error message here in the USA also.
