Suggestion for an updated plus button for Opera 10.60
An onmi Plus Button for opera:
Clicking on the Plus works as normal, but clicking the drowdown gives you the above.
A custom button like the following can work, but does not have bookmarks and deleted items
on it, these are very useful.

You can make whatever you want by mixing a custom menu with a custom button. IMO your idea is too complex for the default. Edit the [Pagebar Item Popup Menu] if you want all those options and right-click on the active tab.
New This would be a better alternative to the default new tab button. Click for a new tab; hold for a new private tab.

Or you can modify the [Pagebar Plus Popup Menu] section to add extra commands/submenu when right-click on the New page button.
