Accidentally replaced 10.5x with 10.60
I'm not incredibly sure that this is the right place to ask this, but earlier today, I thought, "Oh, I'll try out the new alpha release." For some reason, I thought all my bookmarks, cookies, cache, history and settings would be in the Library (isn't Firefox like that?), and so I put the new Opera.app file in my Applications folder replacing my old file. When I opened it up, I saw that it was void of my data. I'm not sure what hope I have of recovering something overwritten like that, but I thought I'd ask here. Is there any hope?I'm using Mac OS X Leopard, and I don't use Time Machine.
All your stuff should still be there, just download 10.53 again. The alpha uses different folders for storing settings. (You can see when you compare the directories in Opera > About Opera.)
You can have both versions on your comp just fine, just don't replace the version with the other.
