Java works in IE but not Opera here?

Why does this page not work in Opera 10.53 (it used to work fine earlier), but fine in IE?
Click the "Visit the exhibition" button:

I thought it was a Java problem, but I'm not so sure any longer.
Other Java programs seems to still work fine in Opera, although the 'Use Java' menu is greyed out.
