How can I use the dictionary of office word?

How can I use the dictionary of office word? I learned already so many specific words in office word. I don't want to learn them again for the directory in opera. How can I import or better use the same dictionary list from word?

Words added to the dictionary are a simple word list, e.g. for the UK dictionary = \profile\dictionaries\en-GB.oow
You can open the file and add a list or words to it in a text editor. So, all you need to do is to find out how to export the word list from your Word dictionary.
