Opening saved HTML opens a new instance of opera.exe

Hello,

Since some time ago (I believe after upgrading to 10.5x) whenever I try opening a saved HTML file by double-clicking in Explorer (or whatever), Opera opens a new instance of opera.exe instead of opening the file in the current window (and current instance) as a new tab.

I usually overcome this issue by opening a new tab in the current window manually and then dragging and dropping the file to the newly created tab, but this s rather annoying.

Has anyone noticed the same behavior? Found any "real" solution?

I was looking for some configuration option to force Opera to only allow a single instance of the application at all times, but I couldn't find anything useful...

Appreciate any feedback you can provide. Thanks a lot!

Hax.

Nope.

Set IE as default browser and then set Opera as default browser.
