Download options greyed out

In order to reproduce this (should it be reproducible outside my system) do the following:

1. Goto http://hqwalls.blogspot.com/2009/03/windows-7-ultimate-wallpapers-part-1.html and let it load completely before doing anything else.

2. Left-click on the second image from top to bottom.

One you have clicked on it, the download box will show up with all options grayed out except for "Help", but opening another tab and going back to the previous one will automatically fix this.

After it's been "fixed", it will remain so till you clear the cache.
