10.54 Linux build on Windows?

I installed 10.54 yesterday over 10.53 on XP Pro. I just now realized the build is not the Windows build but is 21868 which is the one for Linux correct? Why didn't I get build 3394? Is this why when Opera restarted it took me to the Opera welcome page that said I had an ancient, more than one year old version and should update it?

EDIT: I figured it out I think. It's because I wanted the HTML5 WebM build and the build numbers for that are 21867 for Linux and 21868 for Windows.

It's not possible to install the Linux version on Windows, or vice-versa (not without a third-party middle man type application).

Opera 10.54 21868, is the WebM Labs build, to test the VP8 coded/etc stuff, it's not a part of the official mainstream builds, just a "one off" type thing.
