We here have seen debate on OPERA in many forms.

was a huge success, but many needed a different outlet to express themselves. This one should be fun to, & almost as challenging.

Participants here can debate only through the posting of their favorite Political Pictures. No verbiage to go with them, just the picture.

This thread was created in response to many who wanted to post to the CARTOON THREAD, but all they had were actually Pictures (Photos) & not Cartoons. They may be real untouched photos, or doctored photos. We now have a place for some of those 'Photoshop©' type pictures which express a humorous point of view, sometimes way out there, but sarcastic humor nonetheless. I know there are going to be some wild photo's posted here, but hey, that's what it's all about!

Want to say something -- find that 'special' picture that 'says' or 'represents' what you want or how you feel. Remember, as with the other site, verbalizing debate is through your picture only, not through type. That kind of debate can be done in any other thread. This thread is for PICTURES only.

Size Limitations:

Your PICTURE should be no larger than 600 x 450.
** Please edit your picture so it fits the size limitation. Also, if you can, please compress your picture to .jpg so it will load faster, & not use up so much bandwidth for those participants or viewers that are bandwidth sensitive.



If you wish you can post your overwhelming agreement with a posted cartoon via only ( max 3 's if it really turns you on! )

If you wish you can post your complete and utter disagreement with a posted cartoon via only ( max 3 's if it really turns you off! )

Participants are limited to TWO (2) PICTURE type posts within 24 hours -- NO EXCEPTIONS. That will keep the playing field level.

Participants should also limit their PICTURES to those that have been done recently, depicting recent events. That would help keep your political statements relevant to the very near present. Here, you can fudge a bit, but by all means try to keep it within the last decade!

BTW - All the OPERA Forum rules of posting should apply here as well....please keep it as clean as possible.

No pictures of actual Forum Members--living or dead--are allowed, & are strictly forbidden.

A-ha. Now I see why there are so many Ex-Colonists champing at the proverbial bit. You are to be commended Jaybro for this kind of public service revelation. However. must sadly say that against the dollar aristocracy he has an uphill climb.

Just for clarification, this thread is for PICTURES (PHOTOGRAPHS) ONLY!

The other thread is for CARTOONS (DRAWN BY HAND) ONLY!

People wanted a place where they could post their PHOTOGRAPHS, that why I created THIS thread.

So, if you are going to post a CARTOON, don't do it here do it in the other thread.

What has been posted above is the incorrect format & belongs in the other thread. They are cartoons. Please relocate them if you can. It would be deeply appreciated. Please also note that both threads basically forbid verbal (typed) statements because the mode of debate is via visual art, & not typed communicative debate. Please read the posting rules if you are unsure.

You know, I never felt the urge to post a verbal(typed) statement before. The excitement of doing something forbidden, however, is too much to resist.

Use the Insert Image command Icon on the Post Reply Message Toolbar, the middle of the 3 brown picture frame thingies. The code will be like the one below, but you supply your own Image Link link.
