I like a mini browser window that acts like mini wkipedia but is either a Google search window or a small browser window (maybe something akin to Opera mini in size and fubction)
Opera weekly builds (12.x), openSUSE 12.x 64bit, KDE 4.10.x

Simplenote

Google Calendar

Panels have always served me well up to now, but Simplenote isn't good in a panel, and a more feature-rich version of google calendar than my panel version would likewise be wonderful.

I'd like to see a good Tumblr extension ... the bookmarklet works with js files hosted on the (slow) Tumblr server. I think an extension could make posting on Tumblr more easy and fast (without lags and waste of time)

An extension to block distracting sites ('procrastinating') - e.g. reddit.com, youtube.com, facebook.com, etc. for a specific duration.
(Like Firefox LeechBlock: http://www.proginosko.com/leechblock.html)
Opera 11/1111 @ Win 7 Pro 32 bit

I think most of the slowness around Tumblr's bookmarklet seems to arise from the reliability (or lack thereof) of their API - /api/write is what is used to make posts to tumblr, and it tends to have really high latency (if it's not down completely).

MultiURL

A textbox where we would put links (separated by comma, line breaks, whatever) and it would open new tabs.

Its quite simple, like this: http://www.urlopener.com/index.php

Where are you copying the links from? If they're actual hyperlinks on a page, just press Ctrl-Shift-L to open multiple links at once.

Sometimes when I have no time and there are too many pages (for example: page001, page002.... page183) and too few link (for example: << < 1 2 3 [...] 181 182 183 > >>) I copy the page001 to Excel and I drag from 1 to 183, and I copy the sortened links and I open these links at once.

These are the following Firefox addons I would like to have as an extension to Opera.
Stylish
Restyle the web with Stylish, a user styles manager. Stylish lets you easily install themes and skins for Google, Facebook, YouTube, Orkut, and many, many other sites.

Greasemonkey
Allows you to customize the way a webpage displays using small bits of JavaScript.

Easy dragtoGo
Allows you to open links in new tabs, search texts, save images and do more with drag and drop gestures easier. With this addon I can just drag an image to any preferred direction and make it save automatically.

See the site that I gave. It's the opposite of what you said.

Btw, I use Hyperlinks page quite often to download pictures smile

I would be very happy if somebody develop a "friendly" FTP Client like the FireFTP (a Firefox Add-on). It would be very handy!

so, I tries to create this one but there is no options i need for it.

I really need to create Panel, Internal Tab and Opera Notifications. I'm thinking about Twitter Client that integrated seamlessly to Opera just like Opera M2.

What you're describing sounds like a Unite app would be the best option - you can make panels, pages/tabs and use notifications in Unite.

accesskeys are a weakpoint in Opera:

Nobody uses accesskeys in the public Internet and that's why Opera's support for accesskeys is so uncomfortable.

However, some enterprise web applications (like mine) may need to take advantage of accesskeys: our intranet needs accesskey shortcuts. In this case we cannot recommend Opera.

We could recommend Opera to our employees if we could have accesskeys that work like they do in Internet Explorer (Alt+Key).

Since this is a useful feature in a very special case, it should be an extension.

Something I've been wanting ever since the Metacritic rearrangement is a link rewriter which changes links to the overall summary to the "critic reviews" page. I go to Metacritic to see critic reviews, not a description of a movie, user reviews, or any of the other extraneous crap now being foisted on anyone who visits. Essentially, it's the difference between http://www.metacritic.com/game/wii/donkey-kong-country-returns and http://www.metacritic.com/game/wii/donkey-kong-country-returns/critic-reviews, or http://www.metacritic.com/movie/inception and http://www.metacritic.com/movie/inception/critic-reviews; while I'm sure this could be done quite easily as a user script rather than an extension, there's no mechanism for scripts to be updated that I'm aware of, so future updates could break functionality.

I don't know if this is possible in Dragonfly now or not but I'd like a functionality like Firebird's console; To be able to see Ajax requests and responses.

I'm so glad to know that we have extensions now.. could someone please develop a GOOD version of something like "LeechBlock for Firefox" to ensure that less time is wasted on useless sites like facebook, reddit and youtube.

There are many like me who'll be benefited hugely by something like this.

God bless the person who makes something like this.

PS: I hope that while making add-ons the accent will be on productivity boosters as opposed to widgets which rarely were so.
Thanks and have a nice day.

This is off-topic here, as Dragonfly is not really "technically" an extension (though it is open-source, so you can extend it - just not through Opera's normal extensions API).

Also, a lot of Dragonfly's features are already publicly announced as planned - including what you're asking for. You can see all the planned features here: http://people.opera.com/dstorey/dfl/dfl1-roadmap-public.html <-- the feature you're looking for is labelled as <strong>Resource Monitor 1</strong>. It's currently marked "complete", which means it's supported in Opera's scope API, but possibly hasn't been enabled yet in the Dragonfly UI.

I'd like as well as appreciate to see the following extensions:

- an extension which automatically saves text input (e.g. in a Facebook message input text box). If then Opera would crash for some reason, the text should still be there if one decided to continue from the last time.
- an extension which installs the DivX web player without having to install the original DivX web player setup

Thanks,

Firefox Play all Addon

Found this Firefox addon: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2700/ it adds a context menu to play (selected) media content in a player of choice. The settings that need to be made are filetypes (anything from avi to zip) and path to the player.
Nicest thing is that it allows me to play induvidual mp3's from a messy index page like this: http://czechmyjugs.com/?C=S;O=D

Would this be translatable to an Opera extension?
