No crash here with the latest Flash (10.3.181.14).
You could try a clean install.
1. Backup all your needed stuff.

opera:about - Here you can see which paths your current install of Opera uses.
2. Uninstall Opera
3. Delete all files the uninstaller might left. Check the paths Opera had used (opera:about).
Typical paths would be:
C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Opera
C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Opera
C:\Program Files (x86)\Opera
4. You could also run CCleaner to clean your registry.
5. Download the latest Opera installer and install it.
6. Integrate your backup by copying the files/folders from your backup in your current install.
Maybe you can first try to reset Opera to the default settings:

See this recent post for a summary of the 3 main things to try (in increasing order of hassle) to "repair" most Flash Player problems:
(1) disable Flash Player hardware acceleration
(2) revert to an older Flash Player version (if most recent isn't working or causes problems)
(3) update video graphics drivers
(1) or (3) may allow you to proceed with the most recent Flash Player version. If you need to revert to an earlier version of Flash Player, the same post (above) also provides links to Adobe's Flash Player Uninstaller and older Flash Player versions.
