I want to start a new photo album

You can create as many photo albums you'd like on My Opera. To start a photo album you first need to sign in to My Opera. Choose "Photos" from "My page" and click on the start a photo album link. Pick an album name which are suitable for the content you are about to upload. Add a description and add tags if you'd like. Select suitable album access and click on create album. Your album is created, and you can now upload pictures. First choose the images you want to upload and add descriptions and tags to each photo (optional entries). When you're done you have to decide whether or not to scale the images. By choosing a lower resolution your images will load faster, and you will also save space. Click on "Upload" and you're done.

Note: Only click on upload once, even though if it takes a bit of time. Our system need to upload your files and resize if you've chosen this.

I can't upload photos.

If you encounter any problems when you try to upload your photos (e.g.: "500 internal server error" or "400 bad request") then first click on "Photos" again from "My page". The photos have most likley been uploaded, but the confirmation page could be broken. Always check this first, and if the upload was unsuccessful you have to create a new photo album and upload the photos again.

If you are having trouble with your MMS uploads, please adjust your "Attempt to remove operator signature" setting for this album. It's possible that this may be interfering with your image uploads. If you continue to experience this error after making this adjustment, please let us know and we can hunt down the problem for you.
