on Download I get a oscar-1_1.sis file, what I have to do with this to activate the skin?

I've just found my way here myself, but it seems this is a skin for a Nokia mobile phone... and not the web browser.

So, if you know that much; you need to bluetooth, infrared or transfer the .sis file to your phone via a cable - and install it.
