The Voice in the Audience Belongs to Rep. Joe Wilson, R-SC
Rep. Wilson was rather uncivil shouting out "you lie" while the President was speaking. But putting the rude behavior aside (Rep Wilson has apologized), one has to think and question Pres. Obama's superficial explanation of paying for the universal health care entitlement by cutting waste.
The President also said in a general superficial way that people can keep their current level of insurance provided by their place of employment. There was no kind of an explanation as to how they will not be affected by the public option. In this current climate of a downed economy, how can we even think of putting another government entitlement program in place?
Well we will see if the President's speech was of any influence on the Democrats who plan to vote against the universal health care bill, especially the ones up for re-election in next year.
