There are many blacks running for public office. That is not so unusual. What is considered unusual in general and even reviled by many in the black community, are the blacks running as Republicans. Remember Blacks are suppose to be Democrats. The latest is Fox News contributor Angela McGlowan who is great at opposing liberal Democrats on various Fox News programs, is running for Congress from Mississippi. She is hoping to unseat Democrat Rep. Travis Childers. But she must first face Republican challengers, Sen. Alan Nunnelee of Tupelo and former Eupora Mayor Henry Ross in the June 1st primary.
