Happy July 4th: Independence Day

The video music today consist of my two favorite versions of the the National Anthem, one sung by Whitney Houston and the other by Sandi Patty. I love this imperfect country. I do not like the socialistic direction in which it is currently heading; thus, I pray. I am very thankful I was born to a wonderful family here in the United States. I can't think of any other place to be born. Happy July 4th to all of you. This is the day to celebrate the fact that the United States is 230 years old.

Correction: The United States is 233 years old.

Now after hearing these stirring versions of our National Anthem, go here for a short but powerful message on freedom (haven't found anything like this from any leader from the loyal opposition yet).

Seane-Anna, Whitney Houston's voice was in its prime and she sung an excellent version that night at the Super Bowl during the Gulf War.

And Thank you, my 4th of July was spent at a spiritual retreat. It was very Happy. I hope you had great 4th too!
