Thankful

I am linking to La Shawn Barber. Her Thanksgiving Post could not say it any better. I share in her thankfulness for the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I hope you do also. If you do not, think about how the Lord Jesus saves those who come to Him. Our heavenly Father gave His Son Jesus to take the punishment for what we do wrong – sins. None of us are perfect. Without Jesus, you need perfection to please God. Contrary to popular belief, God does not weigh your good against your bad deeds to see where you will end up (Heaven or Hell). There is no Biblical scripture that supports that. I know there are those who think this is a bogus holiday from a historical point of view, but the majority of those thinkers are thankful to have this day off from work. If they are off on Friday, they are twice as thankful.
