My Living Nightmare

Well today in the mail I got paper work that is long over due. My parents put a petition into the courts last year to get my oldest daughter into their home. Dhr kept putting it off saying they had no petition. Needless to say the judge was not very happy. The attorney for the state told my parents not to worry about it that he was handling it. Well if he were handling it then my oldest would not be in the county group home where she has been sexually threatned, called a slut just like her mother ect. Now if that is not abuse I don't know what it. The state said they could take better care of my children then I could yet I have not seen 2 of my children in 5 months, I did not see my oldest daughter until my parents started to see what the state was doing and granted me visits with her on the weekends at their home. I really do feel that I have a law suit but no attorney will help me. They are scared of the great state of Alabama and DHR here. It is sad.
