Well Court went better then I had expected. The State DHR dismissed the termination of my parental rights on the grounds that they feel it would hurt my children. That is great news. The other part is that my parents now have my oldest daughter in their home. No more group home for her and her life can get back to being a little more normal. My other 2 children that were with their grandparents, dhr turned over custody to them. That is also good. That means that dhr is no longer involved with them.
The one thing I still find disturbing is that my father in law asked me a question. He said that my son told him that I took naked picutres of him and posted them on the internet. I told him that I did no such thing and he did not want to beleive me. My mother (which shocked me) stuck up for me and told him that my pc had been taken by the FBI but returned to me and that if anything like that would have been found then I would not have gotten my pc returned, let alone I would also be in jail. DHR sure did do a number on my kids. They put more bull shit into my childrens minds and made them beleive things happened to them that never happened at all. Well in due time I will go after this state but I will just bide my time until I get my kids home and get moved out of this state then I will really begin my fight. They have not seen anything yet.
