My Living Nightmare

I filed for divorce over a month ago. Well he finally responded. He is contesting it. Nothing that I did not expect. What gets me is he said all his debt was cleared up. That is funny, cause I cant even get a car or buy a home due to what he caused in 15 yrs. He wants half of everything that I now own saying that half belongs to him. Funny, he either sold it off or pawned it while I was living in Florida. There is a bed frame and a computer, but I can burn the bed frame and the computer well he can have this peice of crap, but what I am going to do is go to court and tell the judge that I want the divorce on grounds that he is in jail for molesting and raping my daughter. I tried to keep it all civil but he just wont let me and has brought my feince into it now. Well...... I have letters and emails from his girlfriend while I was in Florida... Busted! yup I kept it all just incase something like this happened. One way or another I will have my divorce and there is nothing that he can do now.
