trof, roast, flick, last.fm
...

Well, that looks like rain. It's still quite sunny in old Urmston today - but the big raincloud on the left of this image suggests that it won't last very long... or maybe the rain will just pass over - the sky is still quite clear.
So, right now I'm doing pretty much the same as yesterday; sat on the doorstep in the sun, watching the cats play (and fight) in the garden. I'm eating Easter eggs, listening to my library on Last.fm and surfing the web.
Earlier today I went to meet Rachael Burns and her friend Flick in Platt Fields park, followed by an awesome Sunday Roast at Trof in Fallowfield. I don't see Rach so much, but it was nice to hang out.
I feel like playing Xbox 360 all night tonight and I think I might just do that!

A while ago I always intended to post about how Darlings of the Splitscreen's single Hiroshima was free and available to download for free from various locations for free. I recommend you download it. It is free, after all.
Tracklist:
-
Hiroshima (MP3 hosted at Last.fm)
-
Turn Around (MP3 hosted at Last.fm)
If you like what you hear and wish to own a physical copy of the record, a limited pressing is available for purchase from Banquet Records.
Darlings of the Splitscreen have a few live dates, including Now Wave at The Deaf Institute (Manchester, UK). For more dates across the UK and Europe, check out the band's MySpace: http://www.myspace.com/darlingsofthesplitscreen
