I am looking to buy a bottom end (preferably second hand) electro-acoustic guitar and was wondering what avenues to try. I've tried the classifieds in the back of guitarist magazine and other magazines. I’m looking for something around the £150 – 200 mark which I know is cheap but that's just me. I've had an acoustic for a long time and decided I'd like to see what one sounds like plugged in. I don't play publicly – its just for fun.

I’m not expecting replies about a particular guitar for sale but if there is something I haven’t tried before I go to the shop and buy the Takamine eg220 for £200.

Any ideas?
