Five weeks to go.....

Boot camp is going well, uhmmm! except for the hickup these past 3 days. Well after a stern talk to myself I am back on track.I have lost 12pounds in 2and a half weeks,just 2lb short of a stone.Brills!!!! don't you think?????

I still have not figured how to download the video of the MX Track. Anyone know how?

Dreams Do Come True.

Boot Camp is going well. I lost 6lb in 5 days.Gah!!!! It has been hard,real hard.My mouth is constantly dry, which is a good thing I guess because it incourages you to drink more water. The down side to drinking a lot of water is going to the loo every 5 minutes. The cambridge diet is VERY boring. All I eat is porridge for breakfast,milkshake for lunch and soup/milkshake for dinner.But I am focused and will move up to the next step,which is porridge,milkhake and one meal once I have reached my goal.Which will be soon at this rate. Yay!!!!! Holidays in 7 weeks.I can't wait to see their faces.

We went to the Harlow MX track two weeks ago and I took a few videos which I will download later,once I have figured how to upload them

Blood Sweat And Tears

Gah!!! I have 8 weeks of boot camp left and to date all I have done is a few days on the treadmill alternated with boxercise. Right now I still look the same as when I started.Mmmmm........Its time for drastic action.If I want this sexy butt.......


........then I am going to have to do the cambridge diet and run on that treadmill till I do.
