The Loose Powder

The feel: Fine, wispy, and smooth. This actually contributes to it being cluttered and not appropriate for emergency retouches.
Dab a brush to the powder and shake or draft off the excess powder on the brush. Apply it upwards gently. It also works as a light enhancer for the underside of the eyes, the bridge of the nose, and the core of the chin.
