Please note that I received feedback from previous buyers regarding my pumps are a bit bigger than size. I would strongly suggest to go one/half size smaller.
* All my items are 100% hand made and made-to-order. Please allow 8-10 business days for us to glue the crystals and another 2 days for glue to be dry.
* Rush order is accepted with a fee 15% of selling price, which includes service fee. Our staff will be worked on during weekends and shipped with fastest shipping carrier. ( Please message me before placing a rush order)
* Red dust bag, box, spare crystals as well as "half-size insert" are included.
* Due to the fact that all items are custom made, we do not accept returns and refund. Exchange can be made only if size do not fit. However, buyer will be responsible for shipping cost both ways. Items returned must be in the same condition as received, with no damage nor dirt. Exchange must be notified within 24 hours upon receving the item. (based on the tracking info)
