Il buon Vasco è sempre lui, o meglio il buon Vasco è tornato. Sembra strano affermare il grande ritorno vedendolo nel video del singolo “Eh Già” invecchiato, accusare in volto i segni dell’età, eppure Vivere O Niente, in uscita il 29 Marzo, è così.
Dopo “Il Mondo Che Vorrei” del 2008 apparso un poco fiacco nonostante le numerose copie vendute questo nuovo album, che abbiamo potuto ascoltare in anteprima rispolvera l’ironia e il sound con cui Vasco esordì nel ’78. La parola ricorrente è vita, il messaggio che traspare è semplice, all’apparenza banale ma in realtà profondo e ben sviluppato attraverso le tredici tracce, si può semplificare con un “chi si ferma è perduto”, emblematica anche la copertina con un Blasco in versione Il Fuggitivo. Si parlava di sound, la premiata ditta Elmi/Ferro/Curreri non tradisce, si passa da tranquille ballate a sonorità chiaramente hard-rock, dove Stef Burns ha piazzato degli assolo da acquolina in bocca. Cos’altro dire se non che anche in Vivere O Niente troviamo nel casting, come al solito stellare, un nome leggendario. Nel brano di apertura “Vivere Non È Facile” alla batteria troviamo infatti Vinnie Colaiuta, una garanzia ai tamburi. Per chi rimpiange gli anni di “Albachiara” “Vado Al Massimo” e “Colpa Di Alfredo” e per chi ha voglia di ascoltare ancora un po’ di rock italico “Vivere O Niente” è imperdibile.

In the opening track, "Living Is not Easy" Vinnie Colaiuta on drums are in fact, a guarantee to the drums. For those who regret the years of "Albatross" "Vado Al Massimo" and "Blame Alfredo" and for those who want to listen a little 'rock Italic "Live Free or Nothing" is a must.
