We all have to keep our bodies in good shape and healthy one or the other.I think the best one can do is to exercise.The benefits of exercise are yours for the taking.,regardless of age,sex or physical ability.After a stressful day a woprk out at the gym or a brisk 3o minute walk helps you calm down.Physical activity stimulates feel good.You will also look good,which can boost your confidence and improve you self esteem.
Regular physical can help you prevent many health problems.If you want to drop excess kilos trade some coach time for walking or other physical activity.When you engage in a physical activity,you burn calories.The more intense the activity the more calories you burn,and is easier to keep your weight down.You do not even need large amounts of time,for working out.Take the stairs instead of the elevator.Walk during your lunch break.Do jumping jacks during ads on tv.It would be better to actually switch off the tv and go for a walk.Dedicated workouts are optimum,but physical activity you accumulate throughout the day helps you burn some calories.
