10 Reasons Why Gay Marriage Should be Illegal
Tuesday, 11. December 2007, 14:47:34

01)Being gay is not natural. Real Americans always reject unnatural things like eyeglasses, polyester, and air conditioning.
02) Gay marriage will encourage people to be gay, in the same way that hanging around tall people will make you tall.
03) Legalizing gay marriage will open the door to all kinds of crazy behavior. People may even wish to marry their pets because a dog has legal standing and can sign a marriage contract.
04) Straight marriage has been around a long time and hasn't changed at all; women are still property, blacks still can't marry whites, and divorce is still illegal.
05) Straight marriage will be less meaningful if gay marriage were allowed; the sanctity of Britany Spears' 55-hour just-for-fun marriage would be destroyed.
06) Straight marriages are valid because they produce children. Gay couples, infertile couples, and old people shouldn't be allowed to marry because our orphanages aren't full yet, and the world needs more children.
07) Obviously gay parents will raise gay children, since straight parents only raise straight children.
08) Gay marriage is not supported by religion. In a theocracy like ours, the values of one religion are imposed on the entire country. That's why we have only one religion in America.
09) Children can never succeed without a male and a female role model at home. That's why we as a society expressly forbid single parents to raise children.
10) Gay marriage will change the foundation of society; we could never adapt to new social norms. Just like we haven't adapted to cars, the service-sector economy, or longer life spans.
Re-post this if you believe love makes a marriage.

True, and that sucks but you have to think of the parents and what they choose to expose their children to. It is their job to be judgemental when it comes to the kids.
Gothic, now there is a broad term. Unfortunately it conjures up the rejection of God, black coats, school shootings, dark, mysterious, brooding, wild, depressed and thus, someone that flaunts this depression and darkness. So is it a fashion or a statement?
It seems that in a society that doesn't even get to know their own neighbors, no one is going to spend much time getting to know someone that is totally out of their perception of normal.
I remember the Civil Rights movement. I remember Rosa Parks. Everyone things of her as "that OLD woman that wouldn't move to the back of the bus".
She was only about 40 at the time. I wonder... I truly wonder if there was anytime, one moment when she would have washed off the black from her skin to live a normal life? I think maybe so.
If you truly want to work with kids, and you truly don't want to be discriminated against, wash off the makeup. Let people get to know the real you with out the prejudices.
Then you can go back to the makeup

My way of being gothic is showing a lot and it is true, I did spend a few months in a psychiatric clinic and that, I am pretty insane.
Oh, I used to be obsessed with the African American civil rights movement.
Really, I am aware that I am great with children and everybody tells me I am.
So because I walk around in a long black coat, black lipstick, black eyeliner and have scars on my left arm that say "EVIL", I am bad for children, right, that would be so unfair!

I'm sorry if I said something to make you feel bad. It was not my intent at all.
